Problem: I have a new computer with Windows 7. I cannot install First Class from my CD, or I can install it, but I get an error message when trying to open it. Older CDs will not install First Class properly in Windows 7. Even older ones will not install it at all. Send a request to info@firstclass2.com with your current database update password and a note stating that you need to install First Class on a computer with Windows 7. We will set up a link to a download file that will install the latest version of First Class, along with the current database update. |
